Electro-Harmonix Tube Zipper This has gotta be one of the coolest sounding new pedals around. Love that funky hard Bluesy vibe and the spacey tone.

It's got 2 x 12AX7EH tubes, Resonance, Trill Effect, Distortion/Drive, Low-level Feedback, a Tube Zipper patented moving Envelope Filter, and it oscillates! Some crazy sounds in there, but it's absolutely NOT one of those "gimmicky" pedals which people soon tire of. Nope, the Electro-Harmonix Tube Zipper is another useable effects pedal from EH which stands miles out from the wannabes.

 
Some of the sounds are really off the wall and could come in handy, but are difficult to place in a song - but who knows what you could do with that sound. But the majority of quality sounds from this pedal are easily used in many styles of music, from Pop to gutsy Blues and Funk.

I can see this pedal becoming a firm favorite of many a guitar player over the years. Oh and it looks fantastic.

Electro-Harmonix are one of my personal, all-time favorite pedal makers. From the Memory Man to the Electric Mistress they always come up with the goods in the sound and innovation department. Not to mention the popular EH Big Muff.

This one's defo on my Birthday wish list!
